1. 항운 수입
- To handle import shipments from start to finish
- To process all import airfreight documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- To process all KN pre-alerts and job registrations.
- To raise invoices for relevant freight charges.
- To complete pro-forma claims for damaged or pillaged cargo.
- To ensure that all import customs procedures are adhered to.
- To provide response for quotation inquiries when requires
- To support with internal staff whenever
- To perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned
2. 해운수출-Bulk Operation (부산 근무자)
- To process all export bookings, documentation and dispatch requirements accurately
and within agreed timeframes including liaising with carriers for pre-bookings and allocations.
- To provide quotes of carrier’s services and rates to prospective clients.
- To liaise with other departments as required in order to develop positive working relationships to
ensure Compliance and to limit unnecessary delays due to inadequate processes
and non-compliance issues.
- To act in a professional manner at all times with customers
- Business development with local & global clients to further strengthen K+Ns market share
- To assist with monthly FSL processes and creditor invoices.
- To perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned
